Keep Fit classes are run every Monday and Thursday at 6.30 – 7.30 p.m.
This is a general fitness class, suitable for all ages and abilities. It comprises of a good warm up, followed by an aerobic session to help improve your general fitness levels and cardio vascular system. The class finishes with a cool down and stretch. Individuals are encouraged to work within their own fitness abilities, in a friendly, pleasant environment.
Pilates classes are run as follows:
Mondays 7.30 – 8.30 p.m – Men only!
Tuesdays 2.00 – 3.00 p.m. – open to all!
Wednesdays 6.00 – 7.00 p.m. – open to all!
Pilates classes are mat based and suitable for all ages and abilities. Pilates focuses on building core strength, whilst improving muscle tone, posture, strength, co-ordination and balance. Slow controlled exercises are performed in a precise manner and everyone is encouraged to work safely within their own body limits.
Classes are run by Sarah Wallace, who is a qualified fitness and pilates instructor. She is also a qualified personal trainer and sports therapist.
