Totally Aktive Military Bootcamps are different because from experience we know what it’s like not to be as good as the best runners or able to keep up on the various exercises.

We believe that executing the correct exercises and incorporating a thorough warm up and warm down session will maximize your ability to enjoy each session and reach your fitness and weight loss goals. Our programmes are designed to get everyone involved no matter what level of fitness or level of ability.

You will be trained by a former Royal Marine Commando’s, and will work in teams together.
